Swiss backpack brand QWSTION is known for combining design and functionality with sustainability. Since 2008 the design studio has been developing versatile carry solutions for everyday use – with an understated look and a low environmental footprint. The bags and products are developed in Zürich, in their own prototyping workshop. This allows to test new ideas and unique constructions in a very early stage of the product development, resulting in more refined products. Strong, reliable, and multi-functioning bags ideal travel, commuter, or city bag. Strike the perfect balance between form & function, making day-to-day life a little more stylish.

QWSTION chose to develop their own materials and use natural fibres wherever possible to achieve the highest sustainability. Using organically grown fibres and PFC-free water-repellent coatings allows us to avoid harmful substances and make healthy products. Next to their own high density organic cotton canvas, they have released Bananatex®, a new shell fabric made from the fibres of banana plants. Close to 100% of the fibres used in their products are natural and renewable.
