"Meet Queen Scrunchie - We're based in Amsterdam and focused on creating pieces that make you feel confident, fabulous and amazing. Because you are a beautiful Queen!

Our handmade pieces are sustainably created in our Amsterdam studio, and all our fabrics and materials are sourced and designed by local textile designers. 

Our fabrics are chosen from dead-stock fabric before they are taken to be shredded or put into the waste. We have made a conscious effort to make products per order basis. Which means we avoid overconsumption, and hold no extra fabric and stock in our warehouse. We purchase fabrics and materials in small quantities and when necessary. We even pick up all our materials on our bikes! 

When choosing our fabrics, we make sure they are silky soft and will add to a healthy hair care routine. With the help of our fabrics, our collection can: 

- Reduce hair friction between the hair fibre and split ends (as the scrunchies have an added layer to cushion the hair). 

- Soft and easy to style (the style and removal process is easy, as the fabric will glide through the hair and does not pull or tug on loose strands). 

- Won’t leave hair kinks and dramatically reduces lines in your hair. 

- Act as a barrier against moisture-absorbing fabrics (we recommend to also wear a scrunchie to bed). 

We are female founded, a female only team and donate a percentage of our sales to a female run & focused charity each month.
