Botanical Hair Blend is specially developed to keep your hair and scalp healthy, to do that it has the following active ingredients:

- Ginseng: Ginseng is believed to increase the dermal cells on the scalp which, in turn, strengthens the follicles and roots of the hair. This not only encourages the new growth of strands but also prevents hair thinning and breakage.

- Fo-ti: Fo-ti is a plant native to China and studies suggest that Fo-Ti stimulates hair growth by working on the FGF-7 gene. It also stimulates the SHH gene, a crucial growth regulator in embryonic hair follicles. Lastly, a more impressive Fo-Ti benefit for hair is its ability to significantly boost colour. Research shows that Fo-Ti has a positive impact on grey hair—both to better maintain your natural colour and delay the onset of new greys.

- Nettle: Not only does nettle help in combating hair loss, it also helps in hair re-growth. Nettle leaves are rich in silica and sulphur. This helps in making hair shinier and healthier. Rinsing hair with nettle extracts and water results in the re-growth of lost hair and also helps in restoring the original hair colour. It is also effective in combatting dandruff.

- Grape Seed: Grape seed adds moisture, strength, and shine to your hair.

- Ginger: Ginger boosts blood circulation to the scalp. As a result, it stimulates hair growth and strengthens the hair root and follicles. Additionally, the many fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals present in ginger can strengthen hair strands, which prevents hair loss.

-Rosemary: Rosemary stimulates and improves circulation to the scalp thus encouraging hair growth. Due to its antibacterial quality it gently cleanses hair. Increases shine and relieve irritated, dry, flaky, dandruff-ridden scalps

All products are made with locally grown olive oil from the North Aegean area of Turkey. The unique climate and the fresh breeze allow us to produce the greatest olive oil.

OUR STORY

Blacktree offers premium natural soap from local olive oil. Since 2002 we have strived to produce products that are natural, sustainable, and cruelty-free, all from our factory in the North Aegean region.

Our co-founder Erhan Namlı's wife, Sibel, was suffering from severe eczema. Whatever cleaning product she used, her eczema only got worse. To overcome this, she quickly switched to natural soap. Erhan started making soap at home using premium ingredients and tested them on Sibel. Slowly her eczema improved, and in turn, inspired Erhan to become a full-time soap maker.

Blacktree formula consists of saponified olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, a bit of naturally sourced perfume, and rosemary leaf extract. No chemical detergents, preservatives, salt or dyes.

If they are packaged in paper, all bar soaps are plastic-free. Blacktree offers its bar soaps in recyclable paper boxes which has no impact on plastic waste. Feel proud to be part of this movement!
