The finishing touch is provided by the vanilla-tobacco notes of the tonka bean – its captivating earthiness holds the scent together and gives our complex, exotic and cleanly elegant fragrance its name.

British scent specialists Laboratory Perfumes was founded by Aaron Firth in 2011. The brand is inspired by the natural flowers, herbs and aromatic botanicals of Britain and beyond.

All our scents are made in the UK using socially-conscious, environmentally-friendly and cruelty-free ingredients. We don’t test on animals and our scents are created in our laboratory using mostly essential and fragrant oils. All of them are skin-kind and free from parabens.

Our products are fully compliant with the International Fragrance Association Standards. Laboratory Perfumes’ fragrances are made with non-animal-derived ingredients and therefore vegan.

We demand the same ethical and environmental standards of everyone we work with – our supply chain is small, transparent, located entirely within the UK and fully adherent to ISO 9000: 2008. All glass, card and paper used in Laboratory Perfumes packaging are sustainably sourced and widely recycled.
