Amsterdam’s Womxn Artists Shine in “The Bigger the Better” Pop-Up Exhibition (Sun 19th Jan 12-6pm)

The Amsterdam chapter of Illustration Ladies, a thriving creative network for professional female illustrators, is delighted to announce an exciting pop-up exhibition, “The Bigger the Better: Womxn Artists of Amsterdam”.

This community-driven event will be hosted at Six and Sons’ new location in the iconic building at 64 Leidsestraat, Amsterdam.

Since its launch in 2021, the Amsterdam chapter of Illustration Ladies has flourished into a dynamic community of nearly 200 illustrators and artists, connected through a supportive WhatsApp group and inspiring events. Organised by local creatives @gapogg, @helloitspansy, and @irisakka, this event celebrates the power of collaboration and the incredible talent within the community.

A Celebration of Art and Community

“The Bigger the Better” will feature 20 womxn artists, showcasing their larger-scale works for exhibition and sale. Visitors can enjoy a gezellig (cozy) atmosphere filled with art, music, and inspiring conversations. It’s an unmissable opportunity to discover unique pieces and support local talent. Don’t forget to bring friends—especially those looking to adorn their walls with stunning, original art!
