What is Lemongrass Essential Oil?

Lemongrass Essential Oil has a pungent, spicy scent that inspires a positive mood and mental clarity. In addition, the oil has purifying and skin-firming properties.

The essential oil of Lemongrass is steam distilled from the dried and cut grass. The oil is a pale yellow to colourless and combines well with Basil, Cedarwood and Lavender oils.

Evaporate the oil in your diffuser or use a few drops in a DIY all-purpose cleaner to make your home smell fresh and clean. Mix 250 ml of water with 1 teaspoon of Witch Hazel and 7 drops of Lemongrass Essential Oil and give your refrigerator a thorough cleaning.
