Apply a carrier oil of your choice with a few drops of peppermint oil to soothe your muscles after exercise. The peppermint improves blood flow and reduces tension. 

Usage and tips

Always mix essential oil with a carrier oil, such as olive oil, almond oil or jojoba oil. Use about 1 - 2% essential oil in your products (so 1 - 2 grams of peppermint oil per 100 grams of almond oil, for example).
