At the end of the 1990s, winegrowers Rafael and José Guilisasti were visionary when they saw that the market was beginning to change, and that consumers around the world would make increasingly conscious choices in their consumption behaviour. Not only in terms of health, but also because of its ecological and social effects. Together with winemaker Álvaro Espinoza, they started to convert an existing conventional Chilean winery into a 100% organic and biodynamic winery, with the firm goal of creating wines of the highest quality with respect for people and the environment
