content of this bottle is for ~2 baths, 750g of Magnesium are dissolved in warm water at a pleasant temperature of ~37 degrees. It is advisable to stay in the bathtub for at least 30min.

Foot bath

content of this bottle are enough for 10 baths. In a basin large enough for your feet, dissolve 150g of Magnesium in 4l of warm water at a temperature of ~37 degrees.
